Introducing the new PM2 Project Management Methodology developed by the European Commission
The 2017 Conference is the 12th year anniversary landmark event organized by the HAU Centre of Excellence in Project Management and Global Business Management Consultants. This year's conference brought together project management practitioners and EU PM2 Methodology experts and trainers to exchange success stories and lessons learned.
The Conference presented the story and best practices of the recently released Project Management Methodology of the European Commission (PM²) which is a free and open source project management methodology available to all EU Institutions, Public Administrations, Contractors and Citizens.
Presentations and panel discussions referred to best practices that enable better Project Management in the EU and help projects and organizations deal with the challenges of funding, performance, collaboration, stakeholders engagement and managing contractors. The conference also presented a variety of methodologies, tools and techniques driven from international complex projects in order to share insights on how dynamic organizations deal with a rapidly changing business environment.
The conference concluded with a panel discussion on the future of EU project management.
