Sharing the Mindsets and Best Practices of PM² Methodology

This year the HAU, GBMC and the PM²Alliance joined forces to focus on the European Institutions’ choice for managing projects: the PM2 Methodology, its tools, techniques and mindsets and how they are implemented in various EU organizations within Europe and in Greece.

PM² (read “P-M-squared”) is a Project Management Methodology developed and supported by the European Commission (EC) and used and sponsored by many EU Institutions, private and public organisations across Europe.

The PM² Methodology incorporates elements from a wide range of globally accepted project management and agile best practices, standards and methodologies.
